I hesitantly signed up for Basement Beast three weeks ago- I was certain we lured in by their targeted marketing, but most of what I read on the reviews I researched seemed to have the same review- great program but you’ve got to do the work. I signed up and loved how Fabian makes you feel comfortable and gets you going. It is a great workout, and everything everyone says (Fabian as well as others in the FB community) about the first day are true- holy moly, ouch! I’m pumped to keep going. I was a user of P90x for a long time, more recently X3 bar and workouts- but I really am enjoying the variety of the workouts, the support of the community on the BB FB group, and feeling better. Thank you!

Fabian's workouts and diet program genuinely worked for me. His programs offer a number of different goals (leaning, bulking, etc), and I tried the leaning programs. I ended up dropping *50 lb* during the pandemic using his body weight and resistance band workouts while incorporating some *very* light cardio on the side (10 minutes of jump roping or plyo box on workout days, plus one 5k jog a week on days off). I never felt so good in my life. After I leaned out, I really started pushing on my running. I ran my fastest 5k at age 35 after starting when I was 23! Don't skip leg day!! What I enjoyed about Fabian's workouts vs. other programs is that he does the whole workout with you vs. just listing a bunch of sets for you to do. It's much more enjoyable having a "partner" to work out with and watching him get tired too! The Facebook group is also really motivating seeing other people's results. My daughter liked to come in and try the exercises too because she could hear me panting, grunting, and laughing every morning while Fabian kicked my butt on the living room TV! I would recommend this program to anyone looking to lean out from home without spending too much time! I still log in and do his exercises 3 years later!

Aside from the product(s) from the Basement Beast brand, what I love most is the communication. Anytime there are any updates to the site or technical difficulties, I've never felt left in the dark. I feel as though the yearly price is of great value, and also a motivator to actually continue using the product through the year. (subscribed mid-2020)

Fabian and the basement beast team are the real deal. They provide us with amazing workout plans that have helped me get in the best shape of my life. Understanding macros and how to use them to your advantage, yoga sessions and so much more. Their customer service is amazing and always answer any questions no later than a day max. They even have a coaching program so if you want step by step help accomplishing you goals, you have an amazing coach in your corner helping you along the way. I was skeptical in the beginning but here we are down 50lbs feeling amazing. This team has completely changed my life and I owe them everything with what they have helped me accomplish. This is a really great program at a very economical price given everything you get. Ive highly recommend to my friend looking to get into getting fit. Love this program.

Fabian Petrina and his BASEMENT BEAST programs are Legit!! Gives you all the tools to get into the physical condition you desire, being that loose weight, put on muscle, or get shredded. Great support group and interaction, I'm 51 and now stronger than my 30s. Workouts take very little time out of your day with Low Impact Resistance Bands that work for any age! 20-30mins a day 4-5 days a week. Just put in the work! Fabian is entertaining too. Can enjoy and have fun with the videos. If your serious about getting fit and want a short interval at Home Program Guys, then get with BASEMENT BEAST!!
