RankmelocallyReviews of rankmelocally.com

Client relationship lead is very professional in understanding the needs and delivering the work and keeping us engaged through out the journey. Additionally, he was flexible with project timelines and I look forward to working with the his team in future engagements as well.

The company is customer focused and professional. I had a great experience with our client manager Bryan who has been extremely helpful in helping us with our website needs and most importantly working around our schedule for the project. We are particularly impressed with their commitment to make things feasible and easy for the clients while meeting all the requirements. I would 100% recommend working with Bryan

Bryan is very patient and nice. we have 3 hours time difference, he even arranged a phone meeting at my favorite time but in the night for him. we went through all details through the phone for a hour, he is always patient to have answered all my questions and demands... highly recommend him!

I promise you will regret signing up with this company. Find someone else. I wish I had read reviews and been warned before they stole $400 from me. And I do mean stole. Let me tell you what you need to know. One. Their English is not great so it makes communication really hard. Two. They give you a great “deal” for two extra months and then promise you can cancel and get a refund if you are not satisfied. Three. When you are HIGHLY unsatisfied bc of their horrible communication and crappy work (they don’t produce good work) they will not let you cancel. I tried on three occasions to cancel and they just kept pushing me back and wouldn’t let me. Finally I clarified the date and got it in writing when I could cancel and still get my money back, and they still did not do it. Erwin, after literally arguing with me on 3 different occasions, told me my refund would be in my account in 7 days. Guess what showed up in my account from RankMeLocally today? A “refund” for $1.84. Let me repeat, I paid them for $400 for 2 months of work that they did not do. So they did let me cancel and stopped working on my project, they just didn’t give me my money back. This company is beyond shady. I am, like another reviewer, taking legal action. I have all of our communication in writing. And all of the conversations are recorded. They are pretty stupid to be this bad with their customers. Hope it was worth stealing my $400 to get these kinds of reviews Erwin. If you are looking for SEO or marketing help I would definitely look elsewhere.

I am satisfied with the service that I have received from "RankMeLocally" at the present time. We are still developing the SEO. The results from the SEO are not in yet. The project manager that I am working with appears to be interested in our success.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE COMPLETE SCAM. IF YOU IN EARLY STAGES, BETTER CANCEL YOUR PLAN BEFORE ITS TOO LATE. ASK YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO CANCEL IT AND REVERSE THE PAYMENTS. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING IN WRITING WITH THEM IN THE CONTRACT. MAKE SURE THEY RESPOND TO YOUR QUERIES OTHERWISE THEY WILL CERTAINLY GET AWAY FROM THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES. THEY DONT GUARANTEE ALL KEYWORD RANKING. THEY SCAM YOU BY WRITING THAT IN CONTRACT. AFTER THE TIME IS UP THEY SWITCH YOUR MANAGER AND END THE CONTRACT. I AM TAKING THEM TO COURT. IF YOU HAVE SIMILAR EXPERIENCE, JOIN ME IN THE LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM.

Working with Keith has been great so far. We started working with Rankmelocally right before the pandemic hit, and it’s helped us get some leads even in this very difficult time to find work. We definitely rank higher on Google than before with the keywords for our industry. Keith is very detail oriented and attentive - we’ve had several phone calls with him and he’s got a great no nonsense approach. Overall the team has been great with communication and they’ve really helped our rankings.

Sam Neilson has been a great account manager. As per commitment, he has increased my followers on paid social media accounts and increased sales for me.
