Update: I spoke with the owner and I understand the situation better. I am still going to say my communication in the past was bad because it was, but I'm looking forward to seeing how things turn out from here and I will update this again. The leads have been helpful and were never the issue. I must admit that I have been upset because I was not able to order more leads.
