hi could someone kindly provide me with email for rangemall and phone number as the email is coming back as scam and is not sending

I bought a TV on 26 Dec. 25, delivery date 14 January 26. TV never arrived. Fraudsters created fraudulent website and fraudulent tracking for delivery. Fraudulent contract number. Called more than 10 times but no answer. All the positives reviews are fake. Contacted bank to get money back.

Like other customers of this company, I was attracted to the advert on Google, which I assumed was genuine because it was promoted on Google. Paid my money for the 57” version of the tv. Received several emails following purchase which somehow reassured me that the advert was genuine. The advert did state that the tv’s were 2024 models which I thought justified the cheap price. When the delivery date came and went, I then started investigating further and discovered all the factually incorrect things that other people have pointed out when writing their reviews. Fortunately I purchased via a credit card. My money has been refunded and this review is to remind people that trustpilot should be everybody’s first port of call when you are looking to purchase something from the internet. Don’t get fooled like I and many others have been.

Cheeky scamming bastards! My partner ordered a tv from this company as a Christmas present. He placed the order on December 19th and received an email to say the item had been shipped and would be delivered on January 6th. They use rapid kingdom for delivery which went bust over a year ago. After a deep dive we found the companies appear to be linked to each other. Obviously we still have not received the item and tried sending emails to rangemall which were never even delivered! Thankfully my partner disputed it with his bank and was given the money back. I feel sorry for anyone who has been scammed by these creatures. They’ve clearly taken full advantage of those buying gifts before Xmas. Avoid them at all costs!!

SCAM AVOID!! The recent 5* reviews are fake!! My bank have confirmed this is a scam website DO NOT USE!

I honestly would not give these scamming bastards one star!!!! Purchased the TV before Christmas because delivery was 2-3 days. Order processed, and then had notification delivery would be 7/1/26. The only reason to order was delivery before Christmas. After monies paid. I didn’t receive confirmation. Emailed and had communication straight back. Although wouldn’t confirm delivery before Christmas. Then get tracking number for the Company ‘RapidKingdom’ delivery now estimated 9/1/26. Raging!!! 9/1 comes and goes. Multiple emails sent daily to both Rangemall and RapidKingdom. They’ve gone MUTE! Course they have! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!!! Luckily I raised a disputed charge, scam and fraud to my bank. Luckily I’ve been refunded immediately by my bank. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE STILL ADVERTISING ON THEIR WEBSITE!

Should of known better but there you go, I was scammed. Company seemed ok, answered emails etc. However when it came close to delivery date, no updates, tracking , anything. Seems they played the game well enough over the Christmas period to rake in as much money as they good. Then boom, nothing. Not replying , no tv!! There was nothing on trustpilot but now im reading reviews it seems they conned a lot of people!! Thankfully the bank reimbursed me so heads up if your reading this and thinking about buying...DONT DONT DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY if they appear again, which I doubt . My advice would be don't do what I did and buy blind, do your research if it seems too good to be true, it probably is!!
