I worked with them for over 8 years. I thought they were a reputable company with respect for their employees but I was wrong. When I got news that my longterm assignment was ending on August 14th, 2026, I reached out to them the same day to ask for a new assignment. I received a reply asking for my resume that included a broken link that could not be opened. When I ask about this I was then ghosted and had to reach out to Kathy Shannon directly. She was a manager at Randstad. I was once again prompted to send my resume and then received no answer once I did. I first reached out on July 31st, 2026 and reached out for the last time on August 11th, 2026. I received no communication from them and had to search for my own job. I secured my own position and started on September 8th, 2026. While I was unemployed I applied for unemployment benefits. They lied and told the DUA that I never reached out and tried to get my benefits denied. Luckily, I had proof of all the times I reached out and my claim was approved. Now today on October 8th, 2026 after not hearing from them since August 11th I began receiving low ball job offers that had nothing to do with my skill set and paid less than my last position with them. I then received a message from the DUA saying they are appealing the decision that allowed me to get benefits. It all started making sense when I saw the appeal. These people are not good people. They do not care about their workers no matter how long you have been there and will lie at any given moment.

applied for Assembler position. was contacted on 9/15 telling me to stop by Wed for a drug screen. Wed 9/16, I drug tested. While there, I was told I would be "assembling car parts as a Robotic Cell Welder, placing parts into a jig". I told her that was fine bc I have done this type of work at a Tier 1 Supplier. Wed 9/16, I received an email from Jade Carter telling me to complete Nissan Safety Quiz. Friday, 9/18/26, Jade Carter texted me and asked could I start Tuesday. I told her yes. Monday, 9/21 I texted Jade Carter to confirm orientation start date was Tues 9/22. On this date-no one from Randstad told me my position or job location had changed. Jade Carter sent me driving directions to Topre 628 Enon Springs Rd, Smyrna, TN. Tues, 9/22/26, I went to orientation and noticed the trainer kept saying we were "press dept". On the paperwork I wrote ASSEMBLER bc that is what I applied for for. He told me the class was for PRESS STACKERS and that I would have to speak w/ HR at Topre. On break, I went by HR and was told Jade Carter submitted my info for this class. HR let me use her phone to call Jade Carter (my phone service wasn't picking up). I explained to Jade I applied for Assembler and the Randstad app even listed the job I accepted as Assembler. Jade Carter responded "Its all the same thing". HR dept Topre corrected her. she lacked accountability right then and didn't try to fix her error, she just expected me to go along w/ this BAIT AND SWITCH scheme she was pulling. She posted the job for an Assembler $18/hour. Now that I applied, drug tested, passed background check and accepted the job offer-position has changed into Press Stacker. I told HR bc the pay was the same I would work the position. At the end of orientation(same day/9/22/26) I found out my job site had changed. I was now reporting to a 7735 Florence, Rd, in Smyrna. I texted Jade Carter this update. Jade never took accountability for placing me in a class I didnt apply for. Jade never apologized for HER mixup. All of her responses are tone deaf and are rehearsed responses that people give when they have no real response or communication skills. *SEE ATTACHED TEXTS**when she sits in an office and doesn't physically work in a manufacturing plant. After she texted me saying "well dont go back then" instead of owning her sh-t, I drove to Topre and attempted to turn the issued stuff in. Wed, 9/23/26, I reported to Topre at 5:45pm. The floor manager showed us where the restrooms were located and paired us w/ employees. Everyone else was paired w/ a Press Stacker- I was taken to Quality dept. Topre quality employees informed me there was a board in the plant that had our schedule on it. No one showed me the board. The employees also stated they didn't know what time the shift ended bc they didn't know what dept I would be in- since he put me in Quality versus letting me train with someone in the Press department. I walked the floor (using the blue pedestrian walkway) and couldn't find a supervisor/orange hat. Every employee I passed pointed in a different direction and I saw no one. Thurs morning 9/24/26, I reached out to Jade Carter and asked if she could find out what my position was. I explained to her the same situation. she texted back doing the same- lack of comprehension skills,, accountability, communication skills-thing. I have never heard of someone being the direct contact then when contacted argue w/ you about what they either didn't fully explain, messed up, or straight up lied about. Its pretty disgusting behavior. Passive aggressive and rude is all she has to offer so I told her to end my assignment if she couldn't verify that I would be a Press Stacker. She claims she couldn't verify this. She also said she would be telling Topre some random lie she came up with. **SEE TEXTS*** Jade Carter puts words in employees mouth, expects them to back down bc they applied for a job Not one message says the lie that Jade Carter told Topre. I drove to Topre and returned their PPE, company badge, lock out tag out lock to the HR office.

absolute waste of your time. Background checks takes months with them apparently. I withdrew my app after two months and they said that’s why the background check didn’t finish processing lmao. Who is waiting around 2 months to be paid less than a fast food worker. Lmao get real. This is a horribly run company. I texted everyday asking what’s up with no response. Once I withdrew they say oh you withdrew so we can’t process it. Man please. It must be some type of scam they are running. The main office probably gives them some type of bonus just for getting people to sign up.

Company is a joke doesn't answer calls aren't guaranteed to call you back no matter how many voicemails you leave will blackball you if just a single things goes wrong they don't care about you they care about the money they get from their clients avoid this company at all cost there are much better agencies out there

I use to always speak highly of the agency because I’ve had good experiences. Until recently I was laid off and applied for many open positions months ago. I checked back months later and some of the same positions are still available and I’m definitely qualified. I emailed one of the listed recruiters to inquire. She dated she never received my application. She looked a bit deeper and said I was flagged in the system from a no call no show in 2021. Not only is that not true I’ve never did a no call no show. But in 2023 I secured a 6 month contract for Wells Fargo with Randstad and was later hired on. So why am I now flagged? She couldn’t provide an answer and said she would “note” my account lol

The only reason I will give one star is because I have no choice . I was assigned to a company down in Oviedo Florida . I have experience in at office setting , but never working with order processing . The job seems to be ok . One day I received a call from the recruiter letting me know that do to my performance I was going to be removed from the job . I was in state of shock because the company manager was praising my job during the meetings . I received a call at 5:32 pm on a Friday . On Monday, I received a call from another recruiter from Randstad asking me why I didn’t went to work . I explained to her that I received a call from the other recruiter letting me know that the company let me go . She asked me who was the person which I gave her the name . The recruiter told me that she was surprised because the manager of the company asked for me and he stated I was doing a good job . She also was kinda of confused because after 5 pm Randstad is close .They never call me back . I called the first recruiter asking for a letter of separation and asking her what happens . She didn’t responded clearly and just brush it off . She send me an email stating that the company decide to break up with Ranstad and that’s it . The letter didn’t even have Randstad logo on it . A few days ago I call the office , no response . Then I text her , no response . I call her and she pick up . I asked her for a copy of the letter. She denied my request very rudely. I didn’t asked for a new letter . I requested the same letter to be send back to me. I am going to file a complain against it with corporate . You do not do this to people . I am starting to belive this is personal .

If they would have had 0 stars thats what i would of gave Randstad... the worst agency i ever had to deal with, Nate is especailly a knock off of being bullied when he was in elementary school and decided to become a recruiter that wasn't trained at all and decided to be a big boy without training and take matters into his own hands without doing a full investigation on what was going on at a job site,first of all the temp workers including myself were working in a warehouse that was 125-130 degrees,no ventilation, no fans,no a/c and the hours from 2am-10:30am for $18 a hour, lol we would be drenched in our own sweat in less then 2 hours working there, but yet you try to communicate with your recruter you get terminated for saying anything or calling out 1 day and says that you have a attendance problem lmao wtf? Never missed a day since starting a few months ago and call out 1 day after heat exposure to my body and thought my body needed to relax and get back to where i was before being dehydrated etc, but nate instead of having compassion he decides to fire anyone who speaks up or trys to talk to him about the circumstances, Nate is very unprofessional and the entire company needs to be out of service, i also filied with the BBB and complained about the company so i think who ever feels the same should file a complaint with BBB

This company is pathetic I have had terrible dealings with their recruiters and one in particular named Deana is terrible at her job. My last interaction with her was a scheduled Google Meets online interview in which she never showed up to and as I sat there online waiting I sent her a text and she never responded and I also sent her an email and she never responded. Also several months ago I was prompted on the App to redo my onboarding and at the end it ask for Authorized Representative and when I tried to call for weeks to ask what this was I got the same message "There is no one to take your call" so I stopped calling as far as I am concerned if I was the CEO of this company there would be major changes to the structure of the company and new recruiters
