The "new" Husky adjustable workbench I purchased from you was shipped with several missing parts. It was packaged very poorly and was quite damaged. I am very disappointed that you would sell me something as new, but with missing parts and damage. What am I to do? What recourse do I have? How do I ship this back to you when the box was sent badly damaged and the styrofoam packing in a million pieces?

Hello Thomas, we apologize that you had this experience. We can start a claim with the shipping company for the shipping damages, is very unfortunate. With the UPS shipping claims, you have the options to send it back to us at no cost. UPS would gladly come and pick this up and get this rectified. Please advise as to how you want to move forward.
