Ramtown Carpet One Floor & HomeReviews of ramtownfloors.com

Love dealing with Ramtown Carpet for our flooring needs. Quality products !! Pam and the girls are so knowledgeable and can answer all questions. Tommy came several times to check on the job as it was being done. Very easy and pleasant to work with. The 2 installers also were very nice. For quality & Service Ramtown is the best!!

Ramtown Carpet did a great job with 3 bedroom carpets, a hallway tile install, and a hardwood refinishing. Tom was especially helpful in choosing the stain for the hardwood floor, which coordinated well with the hallway tile. I would definitely recommend Ramtown Carpet for your flooring needs.

Friendly and knowledgeable customer service! Flawless installation! Highly recommended!

Great customer service. Dealt with manufacturer on warranty issue. Great install both times.

Everyone at Ramtown Carpet was courteous, knowledgeable and kind. Our salesperson Pam did a great job measuring and presenting options for us to choose from. Tom, who oversaw the installation came to our home and made sure everything ran smoothly and was done correctly. Cesar and Victor were GREAT installers and so kind and competent. The only hitch was that one carpet did not come on time, but, Pam kept calling them and keep us informed the arrival. We had a good experience with Ramtown Carpet and would not hesitate to use them again and recommend to our friends.

Thank you for making the purchase of our new carpet easy, affordable and best of all beyond exceptional looking. With a true caring, friendly, honest and professional attitude I would not hesitate to use Ramtown Carpet again and refer them to anyone in the market for updating their carpet!! The entire team was fantastic!!!!

From the time we met Nancy at the Home show at Brookdale CC we have been happy with the attention we have received. The girls spent time with us to pick out the best floor, type & color for our kitchen renovation. Nancy kept us informed about price and instillation. Tom provided us with a great installer, Tom also, who did a fabulous job putting down our chosen product. Tom was very attentive during the instillation by not only coming to the house during the instillation but also to inspect the job after it was completed. We are VERY PLEASED with our new floor Betty Baker

From picking out all of the great choices with the staff, to Tommy who is great at measuring and customer service, and finally the 5 installers that came on time , were very polite , very careful and were like machines installing an entire house with moving furniture , ripping up old carpet , installing the new carpet, then putting everything back where it belonged. I was amazed and to say the least very impressed. I totally recommend this place of business.
