Emailed HVAC about two weeks ago about a problem with our1 year old still under warranty heatpump and have still not heard back.Ended up paying to get the heatpump fixed ourselves at our cost.So much for after support and buying a machine with a warranty. We won't be dealing with or recommending anyone to get a heatpump from HVAC.

After being bombarded with Weldon Long products for days at a time, I commented on a post “is this a Weldon Long propaganda page?” Pete Ramsey shoots me an Instant Message scathing me for ruining his small business. I thought this guy was the HVAC guru. In fact, he’s nothing but a hack.
