Getting 502 error and no jobs returned in the search looks like the service is not working and i paid money for nothing SCAAAAAMMM

The cover letter generator is not very helpful as it creates very clearly AI responses that aren't good when applying to companies that want to see applicants caring about the firm. The job searcher function isn't the most precise regarding finding jobs which meet my personal qualifications, i.e. years of experience or educational background. Customer support was responsive regarding billing questions and other quick-answer items, but I would have liked being able to hop on a call to talk to someone live about how to use the product. Applying to jobs is stressful but this somehow made me even more stressed because of the lack of quality in generated cover letter material. The auto applier is only useful in some cases when the job application is formatted perfectly. Even then I'm not saved that much more time. I applied to maybe two jobs using this then gave up on trying to use Ramped.

I am from outside of United States According about my experience you do not have worldwide remote job offers, I just wasted my time, thanks about what I learned but beside that, you provide assistance with that and nobody tell me nothing, I am disappointed.
