I am very satisfied with Ramp. It’s super user friendly, efficient and has significantly streamlined our expense process.

Everything is well thought out and the platform is very feature rich. I would absolutely recommend Ramp to anyone looking. We've spent over $50M on the platform so far and will continue to migrate our spend to the platform as opportunities arise.

We had been with Ramp for over two years, and were recently assigned a new account manager. I went into our first meeting with low expectations but was blown away! Our new AM was prepared with reporting, answered all my questions, and had fantastic suggestions on how to better utilize the system. Furthermore, just minutes after the call, she sent a summary email of our meeting and included links/info on all of the topics we asked about during the call. This is the type of account management that everyone needs!

We recently switched to Ramp, and it has been a lifesaver. It has increased our efficiency as an accounting team, and we've cut our month-end close time in half since implementing it. We love it and would recommend it to anyone considering Ramp.

Most everything has gone really well. There was one instance where they didn't take the time to understand my issue fully and seek to resolve it, but every other time they have. Their software is top-notch. The only other thing I wish they had was better credit card perks, especially involving travel, but now I'm getting nitpicky. I'm glad we moved to Ramp a couple years ago...we're not looking back!

I has saved me time. The employees save time as well. We are able to more detailed information on credit card transactions.

The onboarding was very thorough. The system itself is incredibly intuitive. It is saving our entire organization, not just the accounting folks, a huge amount of hours each month. We have used if for just over a year and everyone absolutely loves it!
