We've been using Ramp since July of 2023 and it's been a game-changer for our organization. It's super easy to use, the cashback is wonderful, our team stays on top of receipts. I could go on and on. I don't know why an organization would not use Ramp.

Sales team Vida, Stella, and Kendall ghosted me for a sales call that they initiated. Vida had reached out to me to set it up and cancelled out of nowhere. No explanation. No follow up. So unprofessional.

After we signed up for ramp cards for our small business company they started repeatedly harassing us to reveal our full financial information to them. Literally every other week they would send an email threatening to lower our spending limit to a very low number that would make the card basically unusuable, unless we shared our company's full financial statements! It's clearly a grab to sell our data - Ramp card is essentially a debit card, it automatically debits your account for the full amount of everything you've charged so there is no legitimate reason to require our full financials when the cards have been already been issued and always paid in full. They also automatically signed us up for a costly upgrade called "Ramp Plus". By automatically, I mean without asking. Then their customer service made me jump through so many hoops to remove this never-asked-for "upgrade". Last but not least: I posted this review a couple months ago and I just logged in and found that the company reported it as fake so it was taken down.

Impossible to contact It is impossible to contact the customer service. I tried with 2 tickets, email and Facebook messenger, and I got no reply from them within 3 days. I cannot access my account anymore and there is no way to reach them out.

They bought my contact info from somewhere illegally and started emailing me to use their services and I responded that I am not interested and they continue to spam my email. Brandon Dokliev is the person who continues to harass us! To me this is a behavior of a con artist and I'd be very worried trusting these people with my company financials.

Unsolicited Marketing Emails.

Meine Erfahrung stammt aus dem Frühling, Sommer und Herbst 2021. Das Datum kann ich nicht mehr bei Trustpilot angeben. Ich hatte in Facebook in einer Gruppe, die sich mit Geldanlagetipps und Strategien befasst auf eine scheinbar seriöse Werbung geklickt. Es folgte ein Webinar, in dem ein neuartiges Produkt angeboten wurde und viele falsche Versprechungen gemacht. Nach dem Kauf des betrügerischen Produktes meldeten sich per Telefon Mitarbeiter des Supports von Ramp und navigierten mich durch den Anmeldungsprozess auf deren Website. Auch erklärten mir diese sog. Mitarbeiter, dass mich ein Herr Sattler später anrufen würde, um mit mir die ersten Transaktionen durchzuführen. Alle sprachen fließendes, klares Deutsch und einige zusätzlich Englisch mit Londoner Akzent. Alle Strukturen waren logisch und scheinbar stimmig aufgebaut. Was hier eine besondere Gefahr ist, dass sie über ihre Software Zugriff auf deinen PC, Laptop und Netzwerk bekommen wollen. Durch eine Warnmeldung meiner Bank war mir erst aufgefallen, dass ich auch Betroffener eines schweren Anlagebetruges in tausenden Fällen wurde. Die Anzeige wurde von der Polizei aufgenommen, aber das Verfahren wurde eingestellt. Ich habe einen Totalverlust erlitten und musste an PayPal zusätzliches Geld noch bezahlen. Zusätzlich war kurz darauf mein Laptop Schrott. Der Gesamtschaden war 4-stellig. Wer hier Geld bezahlt, muss davon ausgehen, 100% oder mehr Geld zu verlieren. Das war auch das Feedback der Kriminalpolizei. Hier besteht trotz aller Behauptungen von RAMP und weiteren Komplizen ein gigantisches Risiko in die Nachschusspflicht von FOREX-Produkten zu gelangen. Die verwendeten Hebel lagen alle um den Faktor 100, was laut Polizei ziemlich groß ist. Ich bekomme immer noch zwischendurch Spam-Werbung von RAMP, trotz der Vorkommnisse in der Vergangenheit. Der Auftrag zur Datenlöschen nach der EU-DSGVO interessiert diese Firma 0%. Finger weg von dieser Firma.
