It is very disappointing to have not received a response to my previous messages. Prior to making the purchase, we confirmed product certification with you. In your industry, providing the corresponding certificate for each item sold is essential, so this should not be news to you. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism shown so far. I expect a prompt reply and the immediate delivery of the pending certificates.

I never received my order and when I emailed them to tell them that I did not receive my order they never responded. I am still trying to get a hold of them. I’m still trying to get what I ordered…

Great service

Ordered a table in April with ETA 5/22. I call in June, no table, they give me a new ETA 7/20. I call after 7/20, they said that the shipment has been lost, and for me to wait until they can order another from their supplier. I call in August, they said they would email me the details. They never emailed me the details. I call them again after 2 weeks. They said they would call me by the end of the week if they can get the table to me. They did not call me by the end of the week. I called the next week, "sorry sir we cannot get this table, would you like to cancel your order". Other sellers, including the manufacturer's shop, has it available and in stock in the USA. This shop is probably a scam.

We are truly sorry for the delays and frustration you experienced with your order. We fully understand how disappointing it was to wait several months only to have the order canceled. We want to reassure you and anyone reading this that Ramo Trading is not a scam. We have been in business since 2014, serving laboratories, universities, and hospitals across the U.S. and abroad. Unfortunately, in this particular case, our supplier’s unexpected stock and logistics issues caused repeated delays. While this does not excuse the inconvenience, it is the reason we were unable to fulfill your table order. We realize this fell short of the service you expected and that we aim to provide. Please accept our sincere apologies. As a gesture of goodwill, we have reached out privately to offer you a complimentary item for your lab (up to $200 value) in appreciation for your patience and understanding. We remain committed to improving our communication and ensuring that situations like this are minimized in the future.
