The amount got stuck and was put on HOLD. Your support team told me to pay Rs. 2,000 through your merchant bank account to unhold my Rs. 10,000 deposit. I have paid Rs. 1,998.67 also as you said on 6th Sep 2026. But still my Rs. 10,000 is not unholded. My total Rs. 12,000 is stuck. Please check and release my amount immediately.
