Don't believe honest reviews are ever posted as the seller has control over their reviews so just to let customers know this company does not respond to issues or emails therefore have customer service. I wouldn't gamble my hard working money to a place that doesn't communicate seems like a scam business,

I keep getting annoying emails to review and I have not received this product yet. I received two emails today asking for a review. Maybe if they didn’t send me a notification that my order shipped when it really didn’t I wouldn’t be getting these email often. I Just want to note I purchased the black bag on PREorder and the note state I can expect it by MID November. It is mid November and based on there update to me yesterday once I reached Out the product is not even at there warehouse and I can now expect it to SHIP at end of November. I have a trip early December which I wanted the bags for and since it said I could receive by mid November I was fine with it but now it looks like I wouldn’t have it for the trip. So why I received a notification that my product shipped ?? Idk but since I’m being harassed for a review here it is. Thank you.

This company claims it has fast shipping but I ordered something and it never shipped after 2 weeks. I tried contacting customer support 3 times and never got any reply. Terrible company.

Ordered back on September 2nd was told shipping would be end of October. Never received and no information on when will be shipped. Unable to contact anyone. Not happy. This was a birthday gift now very late.

They’re currently trying to scam me out of nearly $50 because they somehow ran out of a “preorder” and did not contact me about this issue until I contacted them, and when I asked for a refund and cancellation of the order, they told me it was processed but the merchant I paid through says it has, in fact, not register a refund at all, so now I get to wait and see if they actually send me my money back for an order I won’t be getting because of their own faulty business practice

I ordered over a month ago. On 09/24/2024. Everywhere says the order has been full filled. But when you click on track shipping it says a label was created but USPS has yet to receive it. I really don't consider this "fast shipping" I tried reaching out. Through chat all it keeps saying is order was full filled. :(
