I had double the croc charms. (2 cauldron boil me) I did not get the sword :( other than that love the bag

I love the idea of this. The reason I have 4 stars instead of 5 is the band that goes around the cup doesn’t hold the cup in place it slides up and down and twists. Needs better grippy stuff on the inside of the band. Also needs a wider strap. I switched the strap out with a different one I had. Those aren’t big things and I love it still.

The bag is super cute! Doubles as a wallet and purse. The tumbler strap is my favorite!!!

It's cute. Small but organized, perfect for anyone who loves a small bag. The cup holder strap is weird and only fits xL cups, can't be adjusted to hold a water bottle or anything smaller, its also really bulky so I just removed that. I wish the location of the strap was better, seems awkwardly placed, especially compared to other cross body bag straps. Cute design. I kind of expected this bag to blow my socks off, but it didn't. It's still great, just not really worth the price and a y week wait time.

I was super excited to get this bag. Pretty great for the most part. I love the phone specific pocket on the front. I wish the top loops to use it as a cross-body bag were more on the sides to have a more even hang when wearing it. The inside credit card pockets inside were half unstitched when I received it so was pretty disappointed in that. I thought the croc charms were unnecessary and pretty tacky so I just put those in my donate box but the bag itself was decent overall.

The bag is overall great! My wife loves it, being a ACOTAR girl. The only issue I had was the lack of communication. It was a preorder product that stated would be shipped on the 10/20. That date came and went and I finally reached out and the response was it will ship when it is ready. I check the product web page to see if the ship date was still there and they update the page to say will be shipped the end of OCT. I waited a few days and reach out again to get status and again was told it wasn’t ready yet. I understand supply and demand and I am ok with waiting, as long as I am communicated with. They could have emailed me on 10/20 and told me sorry for the delay but we won’t have these in stock till Nov and I most likely would have been fine. Other than that the bag is nice! The communication would have put these to five stars.

My bag has already ripped. I’ve had it for 10 days. I waited longer for it to get here than I got to use it. I understand it was pre-order but it’s made to attach to tumblers and can’t support the weight apparently. UPDATE: Raiven has replaced my bag already, very happy to still be able to use this and have them be very understanding! 🖤🖤🖤🖤
