This bag does not fit the kindle or the kobo like advertisted. I went back and saw that they have kindle specific bags and i realized the one i purchased was not one of those. However the photo of the bag i did purchases has a picture of a kindle in the desired pocket which led me to belive it does fit a kindle. This was very misleading and i am very disappointment, The quality of the back is very nice and the embroidery is beautiful to bad its useless. In short it wont fit any ereader you may be able to squeeze a large phone in that tech pocket..maybe

The website states that a paperwhite fits within in the main compartment of this bag but it does not. Buyer beware. Beautiful bag, though. But the whole purpose of the purchase was to use it to hold my kindle.

Absolutely terrible company. Bought a bag for my girlfriend for Christmas. Bags are pretty small but they work. The bag broke after a couple days after she started using it. The company said I can send the bag back for a full refund. I sent the bag back and tracked it. They received the bag and never replied to any emails after and never refunded the money. I recommend saving the money for another bag. They have yet to give me a refund and have not replied to an email for over a month. Crazy way of doing business. I was full on hustled. I will be spreading the word about this company. Order #9686

I received the crossbody bag with tumbler strap as a holiday present. After one use one of the loops that attach the strap to the bag completely tore, making the bag unusable. I reached out to customer support and they did nothing to help me. They didn't offer any support on fixing the bag, even though it was obviously a manufacturing defect. They stated that unfortunately it was outside their warranty (which is only 30 days from delivery). I asked for my case to be escalated, but received NO reply. I am highly disappointed by the bad customer service and complete lack of response to my case. I DON'T RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM RAIVEN.

Ordered Dec 16th, waited 7 business days with no update past shipping label being created, contacted business for order ETA assuming the holidays caused delays, but instead I'm informed they oversold the Witchy Crossbody bag and then discontinued it, so I will be buying a crossbody bag from any other company no matter if it's as ugly as the rest of the stock on RaivenUSA site. Disappointing, but shouldn't be surprised seeing LOTS of other complaints online about this business!

Ordered an item on 12/16 with the website clearly stating order today to receive by Christmas. On 12/21 I emailed asking if the order shipped. The response was “We are reaching out today because the shipping address we have on file has been flagged as incorrect or insufficient.“ which was ridiculous because If I had provided the wrong address I should have been contacted much sooner, I was only contacted after I inquired where the order was. I responded that the address provided was correct and that this was a Christmas gift so if I can’t receive it by Christmas then cancel the order. No reply was given, this was on 12/21 I said to cancel the order. They went ahead and still shipped my order against my request to cancel, with my original shipping address by the way, so there was no issue with my address I used to initial purchase the item. the tracking history shows it was Accepted at USPS Origin Facility LINDON, UT 84042 December 24, 2024, 5:56 pm Quite ridiculous that it was a full week after initial ordering, ignoring my request to cancel which I sent to emails to cancel that were ignored. I asked to cancel the order on 12/21 and 12/22 I sent another email to cancel it, completely ignored the emails

I never got my package, I reached out to customer service and never got a response.

Product never came total rip off
