The bags are measured at their widest and the ends of the bags are too small for a kindle to fit even though the dimensions describe a bag larger than the kindle. Unfortunately they do not allow returns on sale items so it seems I’m stuck with a bag I cannot use for my purposes.

Bag received on time. I didn’t receive the croc charms and I’ve used the bag for three days and already one of the nylon attachment points had frayed and come apart. For a nearly 50 dollar purchase I expected a hell of a lot better!

I preordered this product so I could get it by the end of October, but did not receive it until three weeks after it was supposed to be delivered. I had to contact customer service 3 times because I had not received it. I was told they would look into it and never heard back until I contacted them again. They finally sent me a new bag, which also came a few days later than it had said it would arrive. When I finally received the bag, the credit card slots aren’t even big enough to hold credit cards and are therefore useless.

I had people asking me to reverify my address a total of 4 times. Got very annoying very quickly and delayed my shipment.

I really like the bag the print is great, and the keychain it comes with is super cute, but Just two weeks of use and one of the loops the strap connects to has completely ripped off. I'm really bummed it's still usable since there are other ways it can be worn, but I can no longer wear it the way I liked. Also I wish it was just a bit bigger to fit my Kindle.

I ordered 5 bags including a preorder. I was never informed that they would all be shipped together meaning I had to wait 6 weeks to get them all. Two were for birthdays that came and went which was disappointing. They finally arrived today, and all have issues from zippers to frays to just poor quality. I would not recommend this company to anyone. So very disappointed considering the price of them.

The bag was too small for my phone. my phone is pretty big tho it would fit but just barely and definitely not if the front zipper pocket had anything in it. Plus the zipper came off on the front zipper pocket the first day I got it. I did get the zipper back on but you can see the threading is loose and frayed slightly where the zipper came off. My phone would fit in the big zipper pocket but I didn't like it there. it was a tad short of what I needed or I would have loved it I just wish It was just a bit bigger. I loved the keychain thing and everything else about it. The concept and style are great the phone pocket part just needs to be a bit bigger for the people that have chunky cases on their phone lol.

I still have not received. An attempt was made by somebody who there was no attempt I have been home all day long and nobody came to my door
