The Rain-X 3.5oz water repellant works just fine, and so long as you are going over 40mph you don’t even need your windshield wipers. I reapply about once a week during times of heavy rain. That’s the plus side. The downside is that after you buy it to bring it home you’d better secure it, both before and after opening, in an upright position as it will LEAK everywhere and it smells of a strong solvent! I just bought a bottle and by the time I got home 30% of it had leaked out b/c the container had tipped in the bag. This isn’t the first time either. I checked and the white part under the cap was still on the bottle, “secure”, yet tipping it enough to let liquid hit it it became clear it was still leaking. This is an on-going problem & hardly worth driving back to Walmart for to exchange a $3 item. Once the tab is removed the bottle itself will leak even when fastened tightly with the applicator in the down (closed) position. Caveat emptor!

I used rain-x bug remover washer fluid in my 2021 Honda Passport. It clogged my entire washer system, and I have a mechanic visit scheduled that is estimated to cost 200.00 to 250.00 to clear my system. The bug removal fluid has tiny pieces that look like silicone. I contacted rain-x. They gave me contact information for the people that actually make the product. I contacted them. The first lady who responded to my email just ask where I bought the product. I sent another email. Another associate sent me an email suggesting that I google how to clear the car washer system. The mechanic I am scheduled with stated that step one will involve removing the front bumper.

I would like to update my previous negative review and say that caught in a torrential downpour with broken wipers this worked just as advertised. Highly recommended.

The windshield wipers don't work the instructions are from a four year old all the companies in America are just going dumb you can't even print directions to put on a windshield wiper how disgusting go with somebody else's at least you'll learn how to do it right hope it's not by a four year old way to go Rain-X plus they don't even last long this company's been downhill ever since the 90s when they got into everything the company is garbage

Rain-X anti-fog for inside your windshield adds to the problem if you haven’t properly cleaned the inside of your windshield. Your window will fog sooner and more often. You will have that film on the glass in direct sunshine. And it is way tough to get off, especially after you add the anti-fog spray. Maybe I’ll try Rain-X cleaner and anti-fog spray..

I spent $33.00 on the Rains X Vision wipers. one is 20" the other 24" for my 2011 Toyota Camry. "J" hook style, common. Both blades leave a moon shaped spot under the center of the blade like there is not enough pressure pushing down in the center of the blade. OR, there is too much pressure on the "bow" that does not allow the center to seal or wipe. very dis-satisfied with the Rain-X brand for the second time now and will try another brand for sure. For me, $ 33.00 is too much to waste.
