This repair kit could not have worked better. I am completely satisfied with the results. It not only saved a lot of money, but time and trouble if we'd been forced to replace our 2 water tanks.

Great Job Russ. Thank you!

I purchased a Rain Harvesting Pty Ltd RHUL99 Leaf Eater Ultra Rain Head- 3 in. Round from Amazon. The lid to the filter arrived with piece broken. I called customer service and they responded immediately by shipping a replacement part 2-day delivery. It arrived on time, with a pack of Smarties! The filter is working well, I would recommend it and this company to my friends and neighbors.

Fast service and an excellent product.

Promptly delivered correct product.

The part I ordered was delivered as indicated. Packaging protected the assembly and arrived in excellent condition. Expect to install it this week.

I clean my diverter a couple/three times a year. The system I designed has flaws, one of which is I have to crawl under some pipes to clean the filters. So over the years I have torn up the end cap with clumsy monkey wrenching. When I called they knew just what I needed, sent it right away. Nice to see quality service backing up quality products.

Fast, and very knowledgeable of their products. I will definitely use them again.
