Amazing customer service!

Purchased the tank overflow system. Great product, easily installed. I have purchased a number of products from RainHarvest in the past, experiencing great service each time.

Great specialized products and service. Sparking of service, Dan Peters was very responsive and informative as my customer service rep. He gave me plenty of options for delivery when one of my ordered items was out of stock. Furthermore, he seemed to have a certain amount of expertise in rainwater catchment which is reassuring. Shipping speed was better than average and packaging of my items was well done. I would definitely buy from again.
