Prompt service and correct part. Very satisfied

I have received great customer service over this years.

I recently ordered a Grundfos SBA pump from Rainharvest Systems to use to supply water from a cistern to a house. Great service from Rainharvest. Quick shipping. The pump works as advertised.

I was in search of some very large tanks for collecting rain water. After a long search, I came upon RainHarvest Systems. Immediately I found the sizes that I needed and called their customer service number. Mark was extremely helpful and we got the tanks and pump ordered. Even with shipping these large tanks, the prices were very tough to beat. And, to be able to get all of the components from one place was very helpful. I would definitely buy from them again.

Prompt response to questions and helpful qui dance on product selection

Great prices, great shipping prices, fast shipping and great customer service. Great customer service - I made an error on my initial order, called them and they immediately cancelled and refunded so I could place a corrected order. This is really a great company to do business with.

Excellent service, excellent product. I bought a 1/2 hp pressure pump that works flawlessly for irrigation from my rainwater harvesting tank. One thing I really appreciated was the video that showed the unit being hooked up and operating. It helped to see it before I bought it.

I called to order a new 3000 gallon water tank. The model I wanted was not immediately available, and I was told it would take 3 weeks to manufacture and ship out. I was also told that they would try to arrange for a smaller truck to deliver to our home, which is located in the hills of Malibu on a smaller road. Much to my pleasant surprise, RainHarrvest located a tank, similar to the one I ordered, up in Fresno. The tank became available, and they arranged for a flatbed truck to deliver to my home, just a week after I ordered it!! The tank arrived safely and in good condition, we helped unload it, and it is now going to be installed this Friday. I am very happy with all excellent service I received.
