I apologize for the misunderstanding. Often times, our system does not display accurate up-to-the-minute information, in regards to whether or not a given transaction has successfully been processed. Typically, it can take up to 24 hours to accurately display the status. I'm sure you noted we immediately processed your refund for the two transactions that were thought to have failed.
