Delivery very poorly planned. Also, there is no reason why a huge, empty tractor trailer should be used to deliver a tank that filled only 10% of the truck's cargo area. Beyond the unpleasant experience with the delivery and the many difficulties unloading the tank from the truck, RainHarvest Systems had said the tank would come with a free downspout filter and a tank gauge. Neither was ever delivered.

You use the word "friction" several times without defining what it means here. Are you talking about customer service? My rating was less than perfect because my purchase was slightly defective, but I was able to make it work

The actual tank level sensor was easy to set up and performs well. The link to the display has been poor even at 150'.

I bought 8 - 4" leaf eaters. They work good after I tossed the 4" collar which fit on the OD of my 4" drainage pipe loosely n spewed water. The connection should have fit the ID of my 4" pipe. No where on the website does it give exact dimensions of the connections. Units are very well designed except for that. I can be reached at 413-335-5813 if you have ? dan

I have two other rain barrels which have a bigger area for the rain to fall into and it works better. The green barrel I purchased from you does fit snug up against the brick wall, but the opening for rain collection is much too small! I would increase the opening by at least twice the area. Just my own opinion of someone who already owned two other rain barrels.
