Joseph, We're sorry that you had a product that was on back order at the time you placed your order. It's unfortunate when we are waiting on the manufacturer to fulfill our orders as well and that then causes customers to have to wait on their order as well. We apologize for the inconvenience. Our system shows here that your order was placed on 6/4/2018 and we shipped you the product as soon as we received it from the manufacturer on 6/26/2018. Our system also shows that an email was sent to you 2 minutes after you placed your order that the product was on back order due to the manufacturer. Once again we apologize that your experience was not what you were hoping for and we hate to lose a customer due to a manufacturer not being able to fulfill an order of ours so we have the products for the customer. If there was something we could have done to get you the product sooner we most certainly would have. Thanks, The RainHarvest Team

Hello, I'm sorry you feel that way. Unfortunately, we shipped your order with the carrier of your choice, and shipped to the address you gave us. The fact that you didn't receive your order in a timely fashion is strictly due to the carrier and the "ship to" address you provided us with. We've sent you 20+ responses to all of your emails, so to say we haven't been in constant communication with you is way off base.
