I have been using EverWeb for many years. Building a reliable and professional-looking site is easy. No programming skills are necessary. Lots of video instructions are provided but are rarely needed. Staff are informed, clear, and quick in resolving any issue. I recommend EverWeb without reservation. I can't imagine finding a better product for building a website.

The Rage Software support team is excellent! When I open a ticket for help, they get back to me in a timely, professional, fashion. One of their support team members, José, was so helpful in working through the web publishing problem. He went the extra mile, aiding me in getting my website up and running.

EverWeb has hosted my site for over 10 years--since the end of Apple's iWeb. I was able to transition my site to EverWeb fully intact per my original design and have appreciated the enhancements their expanded tools and upgrades offer. EverWeb Support has always responded quickly to my requests for assistance/problem solving and has provided with step-by-step instructions to get me back on track. I can't say enough positive superlatives regarding my experience with EverWeb.

I'm truly grateful to the team at Everweb and RAGE as they've helped me to navigate and guide me through the entire set up of transferring my sites over from GoDaddy, helping me set up emails and fine tuning my sites. Exceptional customer service! This is what customer service should be.

EverWeb is a fantastic website building tool, especially with the new responsive layout tools in 4.4.0. This gives me the level of control that I wanted, within an easy to learn UI. When I've had questions, support has been very fast, friendly and professional. The overall package is brilliant.

I had renewed my yearly software bill, but when I received the confirmation PDF, the dates of the yearly renewal seemed to be off. So I sent this questions/and the bill to Rage and was pleasantly surprised to get an answer from Jose within an hour or so! He explained that my payment had gone through and had correctly extended my updates/customer support for another year... and I appreciated the fact that he mentioned "You’re right that the invoice description is not clear enough — this is something we need to fix on our side." Hoping the powers that can respond to that issue, will listen to Jose/his customers to get that readjusted in the near future.
