I was sceptical but now I am relieved.
The customer service has been really good with this company. Friendly and attentive personel has almost become "friends" after many phone calls about product questions and concerns. The machine has worked pretty well for my daughter who was very much in distress over her condition. Be careful to go too high. Gradually increase the level with each time. My daughter received an electric burn on her hand at 20. Still it has been worth it for her and she is a much happier teenager.

Sorry to hear about the incident with your daughter! 20 is an extremely high setting, and it's important to talk to your doctor about developing a schedule that works for you. Sounds like you've found that and your daughter is seeing results, so keep it up! She'll use the device less and less as she reaches her desired level of dryness.
