I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. I ordered the Big Bouncy Afro Curly Human Hair Lace Wig, 4C Texture, 18 inches, 180% density, but what I received was nowhere near what was advertised. The wig was extremely short and certainly did not look or measure like an 18-inch unit. When I contacted the seller to resolve the issue, they refused to provide a return label and instead offered me just $40 to keep the wig. This was not an acceptable solution, as the product was not as described in the first place. The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating. I feel that the seller was more interested in keeping my money than resolving the problem fairly and providing proper customer service. I would strongly advise other buyers to be cautious before purchasing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this seller. The product did not meet the advertised description, and the after-sales service was extremely disappointing. I expected much better and regret making this purchase.

Do not ever order from these people the wigs that they advertise is not real. I am a victim. They don’t have any phone number. The phone number that they have is actually on ‎WhatsApp. I’m trying to get my refund now is telling me that the email does not exist. It’s not found so I’m going to the company that pay them and I’m going to stop it. I’m telling you do not order from these people.

They are scammers! I placed an order from 6th of September and l am still awaiting fulfilment, also communication was poor

The hair is not identical to what is shown in the pictures, and they do not respond when you try to raise a complaint or express your concerns. This has been a very disappointing experience. I truly regret making this purchase.

This hair was advertised as RAW VIRGIN HAIR, this turned into a literal rats nest!

The wigs I received were not as pictured on the website! Please do not order from them! I ordered 2 pixie wigs and received 2 wigs that were not styled or cut at all!!! BUYER BEWARE! They are a total scam!

Purchased from their site on 30 April and glad I purchased through PayPal as I put in a case for a refund on the 18th of may as my wig still hasn't even been despatched. Awful company.

I ordered a pixie wig that was on sale for $99 the wig that they sent was an Afro wig, not at all the one pictured or paid for. I have an event and pictures to take before the event so I had to make the wig work. The hair quality is not bad, but I will never order again as I have no confidence that I would receive the right product. The one thing customer service is very good at responding and the order came in ok time. But for $100 wig, they offered me $10 refund!!!! Sad, I’m convinced order local these Chinese vendors are scams!
