Update: they reshipped my oder and I received everything. So I'm updating to 4 stars, minus one because I wasn't able to reach them initially. I really want to like this company and they seem to have good supplements when you get them. I started with a small order, when that went well I placed a lil bigger order again received as planned. But this 3rd time the biggest order yet, I didn't receive. I've emailed the company twice with no response! They don't have a phone number so I can't call and talk to anyone! It is now over a week past when it was to arrive and I can't get any response from the company. So disappointed! So if this post makes it to them, I would like my products or a refund on order #25012 placed on 5/12

Hi Layana, we’ve been in touch with DHL and have followed up multiple times for an update, but unfortunately we still haven’t received any new information from the courier. Since the tracking hasn’t moved, we’re now considering the package lost in transit. We also tried reaching you by phone but weren’t able to get through. We’re already arranging a replacement shipment for your order. As soon as it’s processed, we’ll send over the new tracking number right away. While shipping delays are unfortunately outside of our control, we’re happy to replace the order and make sure you receive it. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.
