Hi Lina, Quick thing on the first part: nobody took over anything. We rebranded from OnlineSemaglutide.org to Raeliva back in August. Same company, same team, just a new name. We did send out an announcement, but if yours ended up in spam, I can see how an email from "Raeliva" out of the blue would feel off. On the follow-ups themselves — if your order never went through and we're still messaging you about it, that's on us to fix. Email us at [email protected] and mention this review. Hi Jaye, This isn't the experience we want anyone to have, and the Zofran piece in particular shouldn't have happened the way it did. When a patient has told us no, we need to hear it the first time, not the fourth. That was a support-side breakdown and we're looking at how a decision made on a call with the clinician didn't make it through to the team handling your messages.
