Parts ordered end of 2024 - money transferred at once. Since no goods delivered till now - after sending a mail at beginning mailed back that there is trouble to get the goods from motorola, since months now no reaction to mails anymore. So the site seems to earn money without sending goods - bad for me that I'm on another continent and can't visit them by person...

Pretty much the same as the other reviews. It was my first order from them. The money was taken from my account almost immediately. Weeks later the status of my order is still Awaiting Fulfillment. Vague and ridiculous replies to emails asking about it. Then I started looking online if other people experienced the same problem and low and behold, here I am

We have to put one star, which is a shame. I wish I could put none. Paid $661 for a part in December 2025. To date, no parts and no refund. Emails go ignored, when you call their number, no one answers. How is a company allowed to do this and stay in business? AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Yeah, scamish. Some while ago we made great business together. Ordered parts, payed and got the items. Since then we are waiting for the last order made in October 2025. Last order was around 4000 $. Customer service isn't reacting. The homepage is made new and old transactions (and the latest) aren't listed anymore. So i wouldn't order here

On January 23, 2025, the Elmira Heights Fire Department placed an order with radioparts.com for batteries totaling $1,219.24. The company accepted the order and processed our payment immediately. Unfortunately, the batteries were never delivered. Over the course of several months, we attempted to resolve the issue directly with radioparts.com. Despite repeated communication, no product was shipped and no refund was ever issued. Our Village Attorney sent certified letters to the company, all of which were returned as undeliverable. We also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, who informed us that radioparts.com refused to respond to their inquiries. All documentation was provided to the BBB. Based on our experience, no individual or organization should conduct business with radioparts.com. They accepted our payment, failed to deliver the product, and ignored every attempt to resolve the matter professionally. This company took our money and provided neither the batteries nor a refund.

Just a straight up scam. These guys used to be a legit business, but have stopped fulfilling any orders entirely. New ownership, I believe. Getting any sort of response from them is like pulling teeth, and the responses that you get are just delays and deflections. If you have an order with this company that you're waiting on, start the chargeback process with your credit card company now, because it may be too late if you wait. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
