Wondering if this company is a scam
I ordered a chandelier on August 19, got a message from UPS that they received a shipping label on September 10 and yet no chandelier. I tried to reach the company. They do not take calls. Left a message. Sent an email and got no responses so far. Seems like a number of people have had these same issues and wondering if the positive reviews are fake - is this company for real? 10/14/24 The package did finally arrive and I guess the wait was worth it since this company was much less expensive. They need to communicate better.
