False advertisement, company is not the solution they claim as they are a debt management company that debits money from the consumer, saves it in an escrow and then pays the creditor while they take 30-50% of the money for themselves.

Hi Nikisha - we don't settle on individual clients' behalf, rather we pay off a larger scale of accounts with each creditor on a monthly basis. We get somewhere in the neighborhood of 10%-15% off, which allows us to pass the savings on to you. I hope this clears it up!
