Racyme DollsReviews of racyme.com

Do not buy from this company this company is a scam. Big Time vendors like eBay and Amazon will not sell their dolls because of so much corruption and scamming. I ordered a doll from this company, and was completely scammed. They did not send me a doll. I was sent a coffee table. After emailing him going back and forth for about a week they will not refund my money or send me a doll. They are saying they're not responsible that the shipping company FedEx got the shipments mixed up. I sent them several videos showing that I received a coffee maker and they act like they can't view the video. Don't waste your money complete scam. My credit card company is looking into it so hopefully something can be done I hope this helps someone.

I'll keep it short and sweet, 1st doll I ever bought, I was sold on the unbelievably low price and fast shipping. I started to freak out after 2 days with no confirmation of shipping, so I emailed...hour or so later got a reply with confirmation the item had shipped, calmed down a bit. 2 days later I begin to freak out yet again realizing id not received tracking number...emailed and swift response, so far so good. product arrived at my local UPS about on time maybe a day or so late but still was happy overall. the doll I got was much better than I was expecting, keep in mind you're buying at 50-75 percent discount compared to name brands so it will NOT look exactly like the picture, but from my experience racyme delivered what I expected to receive and did not rip me off as other sites have done. they also maintained decent communication and were quick to answer questions i had. plan on getting second doll sometime soon and will post a follow up. as for now I would recommend racyme to anybody!

My experience is that this website is awesome, prompt response and fast delivery.

Racyme appears to sell what some vendors like to call “Generic” dolls for about half the price of the Genuine models. I’ve found other vendors that offer both generics and genuine models after purchasing a Generic version of a WM “Lucy” 100cm full bust model. What I received was not even close to correct, and was previously opened (maybe by a random Customs inspection, maybe a previously returned item…). I’ve emailed them about the discrepancy twice with no response. TPE material is not a good blend, very staticky and off-gasses a strong chemical odor compared to better quality TPE that quality manufacturers tend to let off-gas at the factory. I’m not happy that I was burned, a $400 lesson, but at least it wasn’t as expensive as other models I was considering. Do your research before ordering these products, now I have the awkward task of disposing a 28 pound doll. Not an easy task, I would bury it in the back yard if I didn’t have a landscaping project underway. I will say that the shipping speed was super fast, but I wish they would have taken the time to select the right item or tell me there would be a wait for the correct one, which would have been acceptable. I recently ordered a different model doll for 5x the price from a reputable vendor after a week of research. It’s being built to order and their customer service team has been very communicative and transparent about time, cost and expectations. I would recommend starting a dialog with whichever vendor you want to go with BEFORE ordering, make sure they’re legitimate on sites like TrustPilot.

they were very quick to provide communication and very fast at shipping the product which came exactly as described. I ordered off their products from their ebay store after seeing more reviews there than on the actual website for the company.

The dolls look nothing like their photos, customer service is very bad and their English is barely understandable at times. The dolls also are very poor quality, their sexual functions are non stimulating due to there being barely any texture at all in the oriffices. The high reviews are from people with no experience with dolls at all and you can tell just by their remarks.

I also got an email from seller telling me they don't have this in stock in USA warehouse so I have to wait 25 days or pay 200 USD for fast shipping by plane from China. I waited the 25 days and it showed up. Very nice doll, just what I expected. The price was great. The tracking number they gave me said delivered already at first and I thought they gave me the wrong one. Once the product was in the US the tracking showed the delivery progress correctly. I had about four days notice of the actual delivery date. Slow shipping but nice doll at right price.

Appalled at the service, site says 5-7 day shipping. I get an email from seller telling me they don't have in stock in USA warehouse so I have to wait minimum 25 days and they had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to pay more for a different one or give them 200 USD for fast shipping by plane from China which would probably take original 5-7 days. They are con artists DO NOT BUY!
