Had a question about an online order. Left a message with the company secretary & Zac called back right away & was excellent at answering all my questions. ( I did have a few scratches from shipping the box was smashed at one end, so I’m sure it happened during shipping) ( I would love a small credit or additional discount next order due to the damage, but understand that is not always possible... I think this is an older model of the Yakima because my friend has a newer one that fits a little better on the roof rack. Good price see how long it'll last

Amazing customer service. I hadn't heard of RackUp+Go before but was looking for a specific roof cargo box that was sold out everywhere, and they had it in stock. I placed an order for the box on a Monday evening, and on Tuesday morning I got an email from Zac (E-Commerce Manager) saying their website had incorrectly shown the product as in stock when it was actually out of stock. They offered to send me a similar cargo box that was almost $200 more expensive for the price I had paid for the other one! You certainly don't see that kind of customer service every day! On top of all that, I received the box on Wednesday, just two days after I placed the initial order. I was initially a tiny bit skeptical since ALL the reviews for RackUp+Go are 5 stars (makes you think it might be employees, friends, etc. leaving reviews), but I will be purchasing my gear from them for now on and will be telling everyone I know to buy from them.

Great experience. Email communication was on par. Bike rack received in a timely manner and in perfect condition. Price was less than everyone else using Google Shopping. Recommended.
