I bought an open box special of a Thule Bike rack. Shipping, price and communication was wonderful. When it arrived, as soon as I looked at it I could see a broken part. I contacted them and they tried to get a replacement part from Thule, but they were out of stock. The said that they would be happy to do an exchange but I had found the broken part available from another vendor. They told me to purchase it and they would refund that amount, which I did and the refunded the price quickly. I am very happy with their service, and the only reason I do not give 5 stars is because whoever packed the rack should have seen the broken part in the first place.

Like others, I was initially hesitant to order from a company that I had not heard of. I did my research and had a chat with one of the representatives that left me with good information and a sense that this was a reputable company. So I decided to give them a try. I'm happy to report that everything that I was told to me was accurate and the items I ordered came as promised, and in what I think was near-record- time. I placed my orders in the morning and was notified they were being readied for shipment later the same day. Products were received in perfect condition. Regarding price and the price match guarantee, RackUp+Go had the best price on the generator by far when comparing prices to other online and brick-and-mortar stores. The generator cover was cheaper at one other online store, so I sent in the information for a price match and within a few minutes, I had a matching price. Really easy to obtain the price match and no huge hassle with excess forms or paperwork. So my experience was very positive in all regards with these two purchases. I will no doubt be looking at RackUp+Go in the future for other purchases.

I could not be more pleased with RackUp+Go. They had the best price I could find on the Warn winch I wanted. The thing that made it such a great deal was not only was the winch itself the best price I could find, but the shipping was free! How you ship something that heavy for free, I have no idea. But not only was it free, it was also super fast. I received the winch in just a couple days. In addition to all this, there was NO SALES TAX. Not having to pay sales tax made me very happy. My experience with this company has been nothing but positive. I had never heard of them before this, but from now on, when I need something, I will check them first to see if they have it.

We ordered a Thule X2 PRO bike rack because the price was the lowest available and the ratings for the company were good. It was stated 3 to 8 days for delivery and that fit our schedule. It came on the early side of that delivery estimate. The product was marked as an "open box" item but there were no marks or defects. We immediately assembled the bike rack and went to a favorite place to ride. We will tell others how good our experience with RackUp+Go was and suggest they use them as the prices are good for the item they carry.
