Wow! If I could give a 10-star review, I'd do it. I shopped on-line for months and had decided the Thule EasyFold bike rack would be the best for mounting on the rear of my motorhome, but I just had a hard time swallowing the $899.95 price! It seems that price is locked in by every available site on the net, Thule, Amazon, eTrailer, you name it, they all had the same price. Then I came upon the RackUp+Go website and they had "open box" offerings at $150 less than everyone else. I'd never heard of the company before, so I was a little leery, but after reading the company's reviews, I took the plunge and ordered. I might add, the advertised price was the ACTUAL, bottom-line price ... no sales tax or shipping fees were added. The rack arrived lightning fast and I honestly couldn't tell the box had ever been opened. It arrived undamaged and was well packaged with all original, factory packaging (as far as I could tell). It was a snap to install and I mounted my two full sized eBikes (two Aventon Paces ... my 500 and the wife's 350) just to see how everything fit. These bike are both the step-thru models, so I was concerned with not having a crossbar to clamp on to. No worries, solid as a rock and plenty of space between bikes with no rubbing, as well as plenty of space between the bikes and the back of the motorhome. It sits high enough so I have no worries about "tail-dragging" while exiting driveways, etc. I'm extremely happy with the bike rack and with RackUp+Go. They were clearly the best deal on the market and their honest description of the product (I actually believe the product I received was BETTER than the description) earns two thumbs-up from me. Thank you RackUp+Go for a 100% positive experience.

Fantastic experience working with this company. I had ordered a winch from them and initially got sent the wrong model. I emailed them about the issue and I quickly received an email back as well as a direct call from them. They had the issue fixed in no time and the correct item to me.
