The price!! It was an open box everything was in the box except the instructions that was no biggie just googled them. Again it was the price and also the fast shipping! I would definitely do business with them again and highly recommend them!! They saved me over $100

I ordered a Dometic Jug and it was packaged well and arrived in perfect shape. Shipping was very quick. It beat things that I ordered days before. I will look to rackup+go for other outdoor needs. Thank you!

This was my first experience using RackUp + Go and I was very pleased. I received a personal follow-up email after I placed my order and my Thule bike rack arrived quickly and in mint condition. I placed another order with them a couple weeks later and my experience was just as good as the first time.

Quick response, well packaged. I have had so much stuff I ordered for my van build show up with the box destroyed and contents damaged, it was nice to have this show up undamaged on a pallet nicely packaged. I know the fault likely lies with the shipping companies for the previous damage but it was sent out very quickly which was nice.

Thank you for an easy experience to order the Thule Easyfold xt. Though it was an "Open Box" all the parts were there, and the bike rack was in mint condition.
