Was sent an open box bike rack when I paid for and ordered a new bike rack. Not only was the box open and resealed but there was a broken wheel sitting at the bottom of the box. Although the return was paid for by the seller, we had to bring the huge box to FedEx. When asked for a substitute I was told there was no guarantee I would get a new u opened box. The return was processed and I received my full refund

Everything processed smoothly and i received the product on time. I am very happy that they offered an option to make a lower offer on the item. It saved me some cash in these times of inflation.

Unfortunately I was sent the incorrect item by (as I was told) a third-party supplier warehouse. That warehouse was also unable to ship it to Canada so I had to ship it to a parcel receiver & drive across the border to pick up the package. This involved hours of my day & lots of kms of driving which added to the disappointment but is ultimately not their fault. Their customer service rep was nice about it & offered a replacement part but I did not want to risk wasting my time again and opted for a refund. The refund was handled relatively quickly but I'm still out for the cost of fuel & the package receiver service. In the end, errors can happen but it is their responsibility to have QA procedures in effect for their third-party suppliers if they choose to use one.

First off I like the product offerings along with competitive pricing. However, I tried unsuccessfully to obtain discounts that were offered. Dispite repeated attempts to do so. This may factor into my decision to expand product offerings thru RacUp+Go.

Speed and ease of use. The email that seemed personal was a nice touch for sure. Getting bonus from Shop is cool too.
