RackUp+GoReviews of rackupgo.com

Seemed too good to be true, but it wasn't! Purchased top of the line warn winch for 20%less than next best pricing I could find. Was listed as open box, but other than little extra tape on packaging, it looked new. Arrived in quoted time, in working order and complete with accessories. Customer service even offered an extra two weeks on exchange warranty since it's a Christmas gift. Good people, good site

The Wilco Hingeswing I bought is exactly as described. What really stands out about RackUp+Go is their super fast shipping and immediate HUMAN customer service response.

Excellent personal customer service. Super competitive pricing and very fast delivery. Great experience shopping with RackUp+Go. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience as my order of the 4kwh power kit was shipped out within the next day and arrived intact. Have not yet installed the kit but read all the detailed information. Looking forward to this next phase of van life power management.

The price and turnaround time was great, but my purchase was a gift and it showed up with the mailing label on the outside of the product package and the box pretty beat up.
