The tricycle came to me missing an axel clip. I purchased a replacement. Once installed, the power cable wraps around the mounting bar. The tricycle does not work and I spent another $100 in parts and tools. I emailed service to no response The service number is disconnected The company number has a voice mailbox that has not been set up.
