I’m missing 10 pair of shoes that was ordered back in April and they can only tell me 2 will be delivered tomorrow but no ref or resolution to my other 8 pair the person was nice but the overall suck

I spent 70 bucks for a pair of Nikes that fell apart after only two months. RR refused to let me return the defective shoes. Manager of the store could care less about customers. They sell at high prices but they have low quality. I will never buy shoes from them again.

What a horrible website, they send me shoes without a an invoice, the package cannot be re-used. You have to pay for your own shipping back. Then, they tell you 1-2 days to send an invoice but then don't send it and they have only a 30 day return policy! Avoid and shop on Zappos.com instead! Or anywhere else but rackroom! what a nightmare!

I went to rack room shoes tangler mall Baton Rouge and the sales rep Jessica was very rude! She didn’t great us and seemed aggravated! I told the manager on duty and she said she’ll talk to her. After “ the talk” her attiude was worst upon check out she never said thanks and mumbled you don’t have to be here! No problem because I’ll never go back! SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!
