After 30 minutes on the phone, while I was at work because they are so slow, I was told by a supervisor & a CSR that my address was wrong!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME???!!! You don't think I know my freaking address???!!! No apologies, no assistance, just 'your address is wrong'!!! I am so happy I was saved from ordering from this company after reading these reviews. Thank you people for your reviews!

Don’t order from these people they are crooks. They sent me the wrong color of sneaker and two representatives told me that they would send me a label to send them back for free. Then I called again for the label for the third time, and the lady I spoke to Marissa which I could barely hear told me that, I had to pay to send them back so I ordered my shoes elsewhere. I won’t deal with these people ever again they’re very unprofessional.

I think that is wrong .I f I paid cash and have my receipt and return the shoes within a weeks time,I should be able to get my money not a gift card it really changed the way I shop cause I won't shop anymore there.

Deceptive/confusing advertising! Tricky pricing!

The counter person in lake George NY told me i would get 10% off took my email. Then said you will get the couponin the mail. Awful Now I'm getting marketing emails from the website. I asked her to cancel it she said no I cant. I WILL NEVER SHOP IN THAT STORE AGAIN.

Bought shoes on Miromar Florida on July 31st. Has the exact amount been debited from my account twice. Went back to the store and they said they would refund it. Still haven't had it. The lady behind the counter said call customer service but they have yet to act. In short, check every purchase as they cannot be trusted.

BOGO 50% could be a good business model but instead used as a lure. I am not a fan of Nike but over 50% of the store is Nike! And Nike doesn't qualify for BOGO 50%. Probably 75% of store doesn't qualify so really no benefit in shopping here. I have noticed it getting worse the last few times I have been in...today was prob my last time shopping here.

I bought 2 pair of shoes. 1st pair were Hey Dudes @ $69.99. 2nd pair were sketchers @$69.99 with 50%off so $35 for my sketchers. My issue is I had to return my sketchers because they slipped up and down on my heels when I tried them on at home. They were not worn. They told me go into the store and search for a replacement. I picked another pair of $59.99 sketchers, only sandals this time and when I got to the counter I was told I would have to pay a difference of $25.**! Why? I should have been able to replace my shoes for a pair of equal value. Why should I have settle for a cheaper pair? This is not fair at all. She told me I could have brought back bought pair and then just re-buy. The girls were very polite and knew I was not happy. It is not their fault. They didn't make the rules. I bought my shoes in Pigeon Forge and I live on the opposite side of the state.
