Rack Room ShoesReviews of rackroomshoes.com

I was initially a bit skeptical about ordering from Rack Room Shoes due to some of the negative reviews I had read, but my experience turned out to be fantastic. I ordered several pairs of shoes, and they all arrived together in less than a week. The sizes, colors, and styles were exactly as I ordered, and everything matched perfectly. The prices were exceptional, especially with the discounts, which made the deals even better. Although I didn’t need to return anything, I appreciated that clear return instructions were included with the shipment. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and will definitely shop at Rack Room Shoes again!

I made my first online purchase, for store pickup, of two pairs of slides(Nike Benassi JDI, Adidas Adilette sizes 11) right before the hurricane in Florida, and my order was ready the next day. I called the store to tell them that I’ll pick up my order after the storm, and they told me that they would hold my items for as long as I needed them to. Great price, and great customer service
