I would not recommend purchasing a VPS from Rackoona. My experience has been very disappointing. The VPS frequently goes down, causing interruptions and reliability issues. When I contact support, it can take 2–3 days to receive a response, which is far too long when the server is experiencing problems. Overall, I have found the platform unreliable and the customer support very slow. I would recommend considering other VPS providers before purchasing from Rackoona.

I tried to top up my wallet with $12. The top-up showed as failed on my account, but the money was actually deducted from my bank account and I received a Stripe receipt confirming the payment to Aystor. I contacted support about this 2 days ago and asked them to either credit the $12 to my wallet or refund the payment. So far, I have received no reply, no email, and no update at all. Because the wallet was not credited, my VPS has now been suspended, even though the payment was taken from my bank account. I understand that payment issues can happen, but leaving a customer without any response for two days while their service gets suspended is unacceptable. I hope they resolve this quickly, credit the payment or refund it, and improve their support response times.

I am using 8gb ram vps. quite generous 4vcpu amd epyc and 8gb ram. In 4-5 months I have experienced a few outages for couple of hours. But no outages in last 45 days. So It has improved. My main gripe is their network. sometimes server shows offline.Don't expect support to be of any worth. Otherwise machine performs blazing fast.

They have accidentally misassigned my IP to multiple VPS nodes 3 times now, all in the span of about 2 months. The first two times it took them about the week to fix after reaching out on whatsapp or their ticket system. The third time, which is current, is still going on for about 3 weeks now. I have tried to reach out to them on whatsapp, their email, their ticket system but I have yet to get any form of response from them. My VPS is still inaccessible and i have received no support whatsoever. Absolutely Terrible Service.

I ordered a VPS, but the IP was already blacklisted. I opened a support ticket and even contacted WhatsApp support, but got no response. After a long delay, I received a refund and reordered — but the new IP was also blacklisted. Very disappointing service and poor support.
