False advertising and SPAM
False advertising. After asking name, first name, email, phone number he asks you for your credit card informations. For a free offer. I did not fill in the information for this one. A few days later they contact me by Whatsapp (I never authorized this) to spam me and tell me that they will help me to migrate and co... Worst experience in more than 12 years in the web (i 'm a web developer)

we apologies for the bad experience you had, we have mentioned the price of $29/month in our advertisement for this special package , that is only for hosting , all other services included are free.

RackCo helped with a complicated migration from an old host where we had an outdated operating system that caused script failures. The technical staff was able to find a solution with minimal effort and worked right through the weekend to migrate us as fast as possible. Thank you!
