It all started with a roof leak
It all started with a roof leak caused by tree branches tearing up some roofing tiles. I didn’t know anything until I saw the wet spot in the bathroom ceiling. Lance Kelley and helper cut back the branches and repaired the roof. Then inside the house they took down the ceiling in the bathroom and hall. They replaced the insulation, hung, taped, textured, and painted the new ceiling. I think the repairs wwill still be good long after I’ve left this earth.
