Our experience has been pretty decent so far
I started with them in November 2019 with my business partner. Waqar was very good with guiding us through our on-boarding process. When our website was to be launched we faced issues with shipping so we consulted with our project manager, Wendy, and eventually Keith suggested we should focus on affiliate based program due to our niche selection. There was a bit of a hiccup however we are getting some great results now with our store. I noticed some people pointing out on the communication; yes, in the middle due to some comm. issues there was a delay but glad they worked it out. Generally, the team is a good bunch but a little laid back, lol.
