Charged $47.88 for a $9.99 a mon subscription. They don't have a phone number, the one you find online is for a company called stripe. They want you to use email only, and you never get a response.

Quizlet is a lightning fast way to memorize vocabulary lists. It's like flashcards, but much more fun and interactive.

Honors code ruined it. Not because of me trying to cheat, but I almost can't use any set because of it.

Quizlet doesn't have subscription charges displayed like other platforms. After barely using it for a month they charged me $47.88. This is very misleading and annoying. Other sites have their subscription fees displayed clearly but not quizlet. What a sham. Beware!

It seems to be useful at the beginning but there is no advantage comparing to other flashcard tools. And the subscription is a trap. They will charge an entire year when you pay for the membership, even though the monthly cost is 3.99$. A lot of people didn't notice that and pay for an entire year without taking the money back. And it's impossible to request a refund from them.

Quizlet is allowing students to cheat, plain and simple. I work for a company that provides virtual simulation for nursing students. I would not want to know that any nurse assisting me or one of my loved ones had received the answers to cheat through simulation assignments. In other professions the stakes may not be as high, but nurses are front-line caregivers who will be in life or death situations, and cheating their way through college in this way is abhorrent.

Recently Quizlet request for upgrade then can continue use some of their teacher's feature. However, i paid the subscription fee, my account is not upgraded. When I sent my request to Quizlet, they said they can't tell when they can fix this issue. Then i asked for refund, they don't reply at all. Now is already 2+ weeks, still has not reply from them. My suggestion is don't buy the upgrade. They just do this to cheat for money. Very bad service.

So frustrating. I've been using Quizlet for years with my students but now with online learning we have a "Teacher" account. I had no idea that 1) they have NO customer service and 2) the program is difficult to manage. My students like using it, but it's not easy to deal with. And please.....work on having a customer service line. We deserve it.

I agree that the site has been ruined for teachers. It used to be easy to navigate and find my study sets. In one college we upgraded to teacher and then it was even worse; we all stopped using it. I can imagine a pop up ad here and there for the 'free' app, but it's so intrusive and annoying I'll keep my eyes out for a better app.
