I would give zero stars if I could! Nowhere on their site said i would be charged almost $50 after a week trial. NOWHERE. I never gave them permission to rob me. I still haven’t heard anything back from their email account about my refund. I am furious!

Signed up for free trial, didn’t enjoy, cancelled the trial yet a couple days later got charged a big amount for a monthly subscription?! Left me very furious, poor website and unclear payment structure set out to rob you.

I have NEVER EVER EVER been to Quizlett sight. Still don’t know what in Gods name it is. All I know is it’s fraud. Somehow someway the company or what ever it is drew money from my account WITHOUT my authorization. I Demand a whole refund of $47. This should be against bank policy and the law that this company can go into personal accounts. I am outraged!

I have never been to their website, never signed up for any service with them, yet somehow my bank account was charged $45.28. Of course, I reported it to my bank, but, I can't believe they are so bold as to steal money directly from people's bank accounts. As people said in these reviews, their customer service phone number is nonexistent. This company is a SCAM, beware!

I signed up for the free trial and was expecting only 3.99 per a month and then I would cancel when the semester was over. However, a few days ago I was charged nearly $50 for a year subscription!? I filed for a refund but it has been nearly 72 hours and no one has responded. So frustrated. I’m a college student and can barely afford the 3.99/ month at once, let alone a full on $50 charge all at once.

I got QuizletPlus for the extra editing features and turns out whenever I save my flashcards - none of my edits save (so essentially its useless). I've tried to contact them for over a month and a half without response. I wouldn't recommend trying their paid subscription because they're horrible customer service won't be able to help you if you have any issues.

Charge £47 with out realizing I would be. The site is very poor and no one in their right mind would pay 47 unless conned into it like me.
