I woke up this morning to find out that Quizlet Plus charged my account in the amount of $19.99. I did not subscribe to the account. I cannot even find how to get in contact with Quizlet.

Quizlet is a lightning fast way to memorize vocabulary lists. It's like flashcards, but much more fun and interactive.

Update: March 13/ 2024 Signed up for free 7 day trial, at the end of trial on March 20/2024. I was charged $7.99 without consent. Update: Refund went through, case was closed in my favor from PayPal. TDLR: Signed up for a $3 trail for one month, Quizlet charged me $47.88 without warning for a full year's subscription. Quizlet Plus trial $3 for 7 days turns into autopayment of $47.88. I woke up this morning to this charge they took out after midnight and had to call PayPal to dispute the charge. No warning email about the actual price they were going to charge and when. Try cram.com for online flash cards. It's glitchy but it's free.

It has taken me ages to work out how to cancel a subscription that I did not realise I had. The process is not clear. I cannot find out how to complain, no transparency or customer service support on their website. Beware, easy to sign up to a free trial but very difficult and not easy to cancel plus no customer service.

I was under the impression that I had to pay 5 dollars per month to use the Q&A. They took 59.99 from my bank account right away, and I have just learned that the Q&A is free, I have no idea what I have subscribed to. I hope I get my refund.

Portrays a trial as a free trial but leaves the part out saying you have to pay 50 dollars after 7 days. Absolutly criminal

I have now written the same cards over and over again because its, somehow, looses internet connection even though nothing is wrong with it. Its literally useless..
